Kitchen design help!?
My fiance and I are picking out our upgrades on our condo…the wood floor that we choose have to go throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room. The design of the building is contemporary. We are having a hard time agreeing on the color of the wood floor and the color of the kitchen cabinets. We are leaning towards dark cabinets (dolce) and light to cherry color floors. This will be a rental unit with good lighting. Please help! any suggestions, websites or personal pictures would be greatly appreciated.

This on line tool should help the two of you figure things out. I LOVE this site…you can mix and match right on your computer screen. You and your fiance should be able to come to an agreement in no time. You can even adjust the wall color to make things easier with visualizing everything. My personal favorite is the American red oak floor with white cabinetry but there are so many great combinations that the possibilities are endless.
